Eagle Investors LLC’s cryptocurrency-related guidance is strictly limited to opportunities
available through regulated, SEC-registered securities. In practice, this means Eagle will only
recommend exposure to cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH) via
SEC-approved exchange-traded funds or similar registered investment products. Eagle
does not advise on or facilitate the direct purchase, sale, transfer, or custody of any
cryptocurrency or digital asset outside of these SEC-registered vehicles. Similarly, the firm
does not endorse or recommend any cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, or platforms for
holding or transacting in digital assets, as those would involve unregistered products outside our advisory scope. Any discussion by Eagle of other digital assets or “alternative” cryptocurrencies is strictly informational – for example, Eagle may comment on significant industry developments or regulatory news (such as events involving major crypto platforms like
Coinbase or Kraken) solely for educational context, not as investment recommendations.
In fact, Eagle excludes any digital assets that could be considered unregistered securities

AI Advisor Tool Disclosure
Eagle Investors LLC provides access to an “Eagle AI Advisor” bot, which is an interactive
artificial intelligence tool designed for educational and informational use by clients. It is
important to understand that the Eagle AI Advisor is not a human investment advisor and
does not provide personalized investment advice or recommendations to any individual
user. All outputs, answers, or content generated by this AI tool are general in nature and are
intended to assist with learning about markets and exploring financial ideas, not specific
advice tailored to your personal circumstances. Users should not rely on the AI Advisor
as a substitute for professional advice; the tool’s insights do not constitute investment
recommendations, and you should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any
actual investment decisions based on information from the AI. The Eagle AI Advisor has
inherent limitations – for example, it relies on historical data and predefined algorithms, and it
cannot account for real-time market changes, individual portfolio nuances, or unforeseen
events in the way a human adviser could. Eagle has clearly disclosed these limitations, and
users remain responsible for their own investment decisions after using the AI Advisor.

Prediction Markets Disclosure
Eagle Investors LLC may, from time to time, discuss or analyze prediction markets (i.e.
markets for contracts whose values are tied to the outcome of future events) as part of its broad investment commentary. Any such discussion is presented purely for informational and

buy or sell any prediction market contract. Eagle does not recommend that clients participate in prediction markets, nor does the firm provide any advisory services, trading alerts, or

Eagle Investors LLC (“Eagle Investors”) is under common ownership with an affiliate, Eagle
Guardian Advisors LLC (“Eagle Guardian Advisors”), but it is essential to note that the two
firms operate as entirely separate entities. While Eagle Investors focuses on providing
investment education, research, market commentary, and non-discretionary guidance to
retail subscribers, it does not have custody of client assets, discretionary trading
authority, power of attorney, or the ability to execute trades on clients’ behalf. Eagle
Guardian Advisors, in contrast, is a distinct registered investment adviser (state-registered in
Texas) established to offer discretionary portfolio management and wealth management
services to its clients (and as of this disclosure, Eagle Guardian is in its early stages and not
yet serving clients). There is no automatic or implied client relationship between Eagle
Investors and Eagle Guardian Advisors – becoming a subscriber or client of Eagle Investors
does not make you a client of Eagle Guardian Advisors, and there is no requirement or
expectation that you engage the services of the affiliated firm. Any future referral or introduction that might occur between the two firms will be handled with full disclosure, without any misleading statements or obligations for the client, and in compliance with all applicable advertising, solicitation, and conflict-of-interest regulations.
